You’re learning to be a therapist.

Qualified supervision for clinicians working toward licensure who want room to ask questions, think critically, and develop a clinical style that feels like their own.

You’re Not Supposed to Know Everything Yet

Supervision Should Be a Place Where You Can Say, “I Have Absolutely No Idea What I’m Doing.”

What Supervision Looks Like

Because sometimes you won’t.

You’ll have a client who completely throws you. You’ll second-guess something you said three days ago. You’ll know the textbook answer and still have absolutely no idea what to do when an actual human being is sitting across from you.

That’s part of becoming a therapist.

Supervision with me isn’t about pretending you already have everything figured out. It’s a place to bring the questions, mistakes, uncertainty, complicated cases, ethical gray areas, and moments when your clinical instincts and your training seem to be telling you two different things.

We’ll slow things down, look at what’s actually happening, and I’ll help you build the judgment and confidence to make thoughtful clinical decisions on your own.

The goal isn’t to turn you into my kind of therapist. It’s to help you figure out what kind of therapist you are.

What We’ll Work On

Bring the Cases. Bring the Questions. Bring the “Was That Weird?” Moments.

Clinical supervision can give us room to work through things like:

  • Case conceptualization and treatment planning

  • Clinical decision-making and interventions

  • Ethics, boundaries, and professional judgment

  • Documentation and the less glamorous parts of being a therapist

  • Complicated client dynamics

  • Your own reactions to clients and the work

  • Building confidence without pretending you know everything

  • Developing your own therapeutic voice and approach

  • Navigating the transition from learning therapy to actually practicing it

Who I Work With

Let’s Make Sure I’m the Right Supervisor for What You Need

I provide qualified supervision for clinicians working toward professional licensure. Before we get started, we’ll make sure my credentials, your licensure path, and the supervision you need meet the appropriate requirements.

Before we work together, you’ll need to know a few things to make sure we’re the right fit.

  • Which state(s) you can provide qualifying supervision in

  • Which specific licenses/credentials you can supervise toward

  • Individual vs. group supervision availability

  • Virtual vs. in-person availability

  • How frequently you typically meet with supervisees

  • Current supervision rate

Looking for a Supervisor You Can Actually Talk To?

If my approach sounds like what you’re looking for, reach out and tell me a little about where you are in the licensure process and what you need from supervision. We’ll figure out whether we’re a good fit from there.
